Lunch And Learn - Servicing and Refurbishing TMC Cancela.

The Grill is always hot over lunch time in our shop. Today it is Venison Burgers with wild rice, bacon and onion pre fried and mixed into burger and topped off with Provolone Cheese. Accompanied by some fries and a side salad. 

Todays Project is for Josh Hull of Hull Forest Products. Josh has a TMC Cancela Mulcher that broke a holder and needed repair. We were able to order a new holder from Spain, remove the broken holder, prep rotor and make the repair.

With Over 2000 Hours in rough conditions we wanted to test the rest of the holders with a Dye Penetrant Test. Unfortunately most of the holders had some small cracks that needed repair. The compromised cracks were ground out and TIG welded.

It was our honor to get Josh back up and mulching ASAP. If you are in need in the Duluth and surrounding areas give Josh a call.  He will take good care of you. We know his equipment is in tip top shape.
